Our Function Suites
Langdon Hills offers two versatile function suites, each providing a stylish and comfortable setting for celebrations, events, and private gatherings.
The Fairway Suite
Our largest function suite, The Fairway Suite, is located on the first floor and offers a spacious and elegant environment for larger events.
- Accommodates 50–120 guests for a sit-down meal
- Up to 180 guests for a buffet-style event
- Fully air-conditioned
- Large dance floor
- Private bar
- Expansive balcony with stunning views over the golf course and across the Essex countryside, with views reaching as far as the London skyline
The Carlton Room
Situated on the ground floor, The Carlton Room is ideal for smaller, more intimate gatherings.
- Accommodates up to 40 guests for a sit-down meal
- 50–55 guests for a buffet-style event
- Fully air-conditioned
- Patio doors leading to a private outdoor terrace, furnished during the summer months
Facilities
Both suites are equipped with their own music systems, allowing you to play your own playlist or background music during your event. Roving microphones are also available for speeches if required.
