Langdon Hills is the ideal venue for your meeting or conference, being easily accessible from both the A13 and A127, and only 10 minutes from the M25.
The Carlton Room is suitable for conferences up to 50 delegates depending on layout. It has its own PA system, should it be required. One side of the room has floor to ceiling windows to allow natural daylight, which can be controlled by blinds. The windows offer panoramic views of the London skyline. The lighting can be dimmed as required. The room is air-conditioned and heated. The Carlton room has a patio area, which is set out with patio furniture during the summer months.
The Fairway Suite is suitable for conferences from 50 to 120 delegates. It has its
own PA system. Both sides of the Fairway suite have windows along their whole
length, allowing natural daylight which can be controlled by blinds. On one side the
windows offer a panoramic view of the London Skyline, and on the other, views across
the golf course. The lighting can be dimmed as required. The room is fully air-conditioned and heated. The Fairway suite also has its own balcony area, with
seating during the summer months.
Both conference rooms can be set up to suit your requirements, we will provide a lectern,
flip chart, data projector screen.
We can provide all of your catering for the day, from tea and coffee on arrival to hot
lunch or dinner.
